The Department of Nephrology at MGMHRC is backed up by one visiting consultant Nephrologist and One full time Physician. For patients requiring dialysis facility, the hospital has an ultra modern 02 bedded dialysis centre, with a state of the art RO Plant for providing the best in dialysis treatment for patients on maintenance Hemodialysis. MGM Hospital operates the largest dialysis centre in the Katni and one of the few offering online HDF therapy. We are doing the largest number of dialysis treatments per month in Katni amongst all facilities who provide this facility. With 24 hour Intensivist and Physician cover, we also treat many emergency cases in this field and have facility for therapies such as CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), SLED (Sustained Low efficiency Dialysis). Be it out patient services or in-patient, when it comes to Nephrology, there is no one at our level in the District of Katni.
